Great place for a quick lunch and reasonably priced for London. Lots available on the menu...including the good favourite - Fish n chips in the traditional newspaper wrapping and sausage and mash!

May need to book a table though over the busy times such as xmas etc!

Happy hours are always good too - nice place for a few drinks after a busy week. The bar area seems to get packed on a Friday after work and they have a range of cocktails to choose from.

We visted Sway for a hen party and had a great night. The door staff were really good and the GM Darryn was brilliant. Due to the bad weather and distinct lack of cabs, our guest list party arrived in 3 lots and Darryn helped queue jump everybody. Nothing was too much trouble and he went beyond the call of duty, especially when we lost our coats. Not only did he locate them, he put them in free of charge for us.

The club itself is really roomy with a variety of different music and fairly reasonable drink prices for London. If you're looking for somewhere to hear a specific music genre then Sway probably isn't for you, but if you want to bust some funky moves to some classics (old and new), this is the place to come, especially if you have a large group of people with different music tastes. I would certainly recommend Sway to others for a fun, unpretentious night out.

I must say. Reading all these reviews after i have just spend my 30th Birthday in Sway shocks me.

What a fantastic night we all had. Staff and security were all very helpful especially when my friend was in tears after she lost her bag. hehehe We did find it in the end.

Love the different rooms with different music.

I will be back soon

The door staff are terrible really rude and obnoxious. Place is at best average inside, outdated decor and music not really worth the hassle, there are much much better places to go out in London.

Door staff = morons (on a power trip)i do not recommend going to to Sway for this reason only, it ill ruin your night when they refuse entry to particular groups of your friends because they feel like it. Disgraceful behaviour!

Celebrated my 20th bday in this venue which were on friday and overall did have great night. I must say the club isnt bad at all but unfortunately slight disappointed with the music...mixed with everything. drinks quite expensive so have one before going at this place. Dress code casual smart with white clean trainers if decided to wear one. This is actually over 21's club which specifically describe on the website but advice anyone if younger than this age then get there early as possible with appropriate i.d strictly passport or driving licence, otherwise bouncer will definitely refuse entry. Usually on saturday this club get overcrowrd with students and prefer to mixed groups.

I booked at booth for Sat night for my birthday, I was told I would have the booth at 10pm in the rnb room and my card details were taken. Then I received an email with the booking terms and conditions. Surely these should be these should be explained to the customer before they give money and not after. These stated that my booth could be moved if needed. Had I been told this before I gave my card details I would not have done so. I asked for a refund and was told that booth bookings are non refundable. All I was told was that I could go to the rnb room until 10 and then move to my booth, not very helpful! I am appauled that Sway seems to just make money on misleading their customers. The very least Sway staff could have done was to read me the terms and conditions before I handed over money. Especially when I queried the location of the booth on the phone and clearly stated I only wanted it in the rnb part of the bar. No refund was offered as a goodwill gesture at all. I can assure you that I will never visit again.

Svc awful. I ordered 2 booths, got 1. Girl coordinating my event didn't turn up on the evening. Staff had no clue about drinks prices / how to use till or even open bottle of wine!! Jugs of water were warm. When we asked for them to be replaced we were told to go and reorder. Food arrived early so was cold b4 guests arrived. Staff were totally incompetent for the most part.

The only helpful person was what looked like one of the security guys who kindly replaced our table with a slightly less wobbly one

Music was best part, good oldfashioned 80s 90s stuff
